We’d Like to Introduce Ourselves

About Arielle

I am passionate about working with people whose life experience is shaped by feeling “different” due to gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, or relationship structure. Many of my clients come to therapy to address social anxiety, people-pleasing, or fears of rejection. I support folks in developing their sense of self and feeling more secure in their relationships.

As a Certified Trauma Professional, I help clients manage present emotions, revisit and reprocess past experiences, and create more effective patterns in the future. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, parts work, and an understanding of the nervous system. I also practice from an anti-oppressive lens, as I believe that living in a violent and unjust world takes a toll on our mind, body, and spirit.

A little about me: I am a white, cisgender, queer, Jewish, neurodivergent woman who enjoys crafts, climbing, cats, and dogs. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the research realm studying LGBTQ+ mental health and relationships. I look forward to potentially supporting you on your journey. If it seems like I might be a good fit, please reach out through the contact form!

“The new dawn blooms as we free it. There is always light, if only we are brave enough to see it. If only we are brave enough to be it.”
